Welcome!

This site is intended to be a user-friendly, nonpartisan voter guide that lists every candidate on Tarrant County (Texas) ballots, from local and state offices to the US Congress.  It is intended to help voters make informed choices between candidates. No statements within this guide are intended to be endorsements of any individual candidate or political party.

How best to use this site

All those races! All those candidates! All those political signs on the side of the road! Where do you even begin to make sense of it all?

We’ve got you covered. Here’s our advice…

1 Get your sample ballot

There are lots of races and candidates, but not all will be on your ballot. So first, go to the Tarrant County Voter Lookup page. (If you need help navigating that page to get your sample ballot, see https://tarrantvotes.com/about-voting/voting/.)

2 Research the candidates listed on your sample ballot

While candidate information is no longer available on this site, you can use other resources to do your research. Look for news articles, candidate websites, candidate social media sites, or even set a Google alert.

3 Make your choices and mark them on your sample ballot

You can take the marked sample ballot into the voting booth to make the process of voting fast and easy.

That’s it! Thank you for being an informed voter!

Ballots By Mail

You may physically turn in a mail-in ballot, rather than returning it by mail.  Texas Governor Greg Abbot has declared that there may be only one place in each county where you can drop off a filled-in mail-in ballot.  In Tarrant County that location is:

Tarrant County Elections
2700 Premier St.
Fort Worth, Texas 76111
Phone: 817-831-8683
Voting Information: 817-831-6161

There is an option to drive through to drop off your ballot.
