Walter Olson, senior fellow at the Cato Institute, known for his writing on the American legal system. His widely discussed book The Litigation Explosion led the Washington Post to dub him “intellectual guru of tort reform.” He writes widely on legal topics including redistricting law, and was named by Gov. Larry Hogan to be co‐chair of two commissions recommending gerrymander reform in the state of Maryland which issued their recommendations to acclaim across the state.
Jennifer Nassour, attorney, FairVote board member, and political advisor living in Boston. Nassour ran for Boston City Council in 2019. Previously she served as the CEO of ReflectUS, a nonpartisan coalition of the nation’s leading women’s representation organizations. She is the founder of the Pocketbook Project (formerly Conservative Women for a Better Future), a non-profit organization dedicated to electing more women in Massachusetts and the Northeast. Nassour was elected chairman of the Massachusetts Republican Party in 2009 and 2011.
Stan Lockhart, Utah Ranked Choice Voting, is an independent consultant who works with clients to grow their businesses and navigate the complexities of government. He has worked in the technology field for over 30 years in computer security and semiconductor manufacturing and been instrumental in bringing thousands of jobs to Utah. Stan is a recipient of the prestigious “Ronald Reagan Award” for his service in the Republican Party where he has served in virtually every grassroots position including chairman of the Utah Republican Party. He has served for decades on the Utah Republican Party State Central Committee.
