Keller Mayor’s Spotlight: Economic Development
March 18 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am CDT
City of Keller: Area residents are invited to join Mayor Armin Mizani the third Thursday of each month as he spotlights local businesses, community partners, area initiatives and city services.
The new program is meant to be both educational and collaborative as residents hear short presentations from area leaders, and have the opportunity to ask questions and share their own ideas.
The series will move around the city in the months ahead, featuring a variety of local businesses, and will offer a rotating schedule of morning, lunchtime and early evening meeting opportunities to accommodate as many residents as possible.
The Mayor’s Spotlight kicks off from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 at Roscoe’s Coffee House, 841 North Tarrant Pkwy. February’s topic will be economic development, and Mayor Mizani will be joined by:
-Mary Meier Culver, Keller’s Acting Director of Economic Development
-JoAnn Malone, President of the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce
To sweeten the deal, Roscoe’s will also be offering a 10% discount all day on Feb. 18 to anyone who mentions The Mayor’s Spotlight event.
